 Welcome
to the Las Palmas Medical Center website. Put simply, each and
every employee and affiliate of Las Palmas Medical Center is committed
to the care and improvement of human life. We see ourselves as
more than just a healthcare facility. We see ourselves as part
of the communities we serve and we treat every individual with
the kindness, compassion and integrity we would expect for ourselves.
Las Palmas Medical Center employs 845 individuals who work everyday to provide the absolute best
in patient care. Our 294-bed hospital is an acute care facility
that specializes in Cardiology, Women's
Services, Labor & Delivery, Childrens Services, Oncology
Services, Emergency Medicine, and the treatment of Diabetes.
We are excited at the opportunity to offer an even better level
of service and commitment to healthcare. This past December we
broke ground on a new building which will house our Emergency
Room and Intensive Care Unit.
Las Palmas Medical Center is also pleased to announce the opening
of the Las Palmas Rehabilitation Hospital. The
Rehabilitation Hospital is a forty-bed in-patient rehabilitation
center that specializes in treating medically stable patients with
orthopedic problems, strokes, and other neurological diagnosis,
multiple trauma, brain and spinal cord injury, arthritis and amputation.
